- Can I return the products if I am not satisfy?
You may return most items sold by Originalherbal.com within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We shall also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. However, we may consider not accepting returns for:
a. Any item that is more than 15 days after delivery
b. Any item that has been opened
c. Any item that is not in its original condition and damaged
Please state the reason for the return, so we may improve our services to you in future. All returned products should be in the condition they were received in, as well as in their original packaging. You may use any return shipping method at your own expense. Once we receive your order, we credit the appropriate account within 10-14 days; we also send you an email to let you know the refund is complete.
